Here at McKinley Garden Center we offer a 1 year warranty on all or trees and shrubs.

We do not offer warranties on Perennials, annuals, tropicals, roses, grasses, or hanging baskets.

We will not warranty a plant that clearly shows lack of watering or over watering. Please take a picture of the tree or shrub and bring in the picture along with your receipt (please do not tear tree or shrub out of ground prior to us viewing the picture). You may also send pictures of plants in question to casey@mckinleygardencenter.com for review along with your name and picture of receipt if possible.
